All buses are full and sold out!

Americans for Prosperity Foundation will be providing roundtrip bus transporation, lodging, and admission cost in an all in one package for activists from select areas to attend the 2010 Defending the American Dream Summit. Package includes: bus transportation, one night (two nights from Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin and three nights from Arkansas and Florida) hotel stay and registration for the Summit.  Lunch and dinner on Friday  is included in the Summit registration.

All buses will stay in DC until Saturday evening to afford our activists the opportunity to attend the Restoring Honor Rally at the Lincoln Memorial on Saturday afternoon 8/28 featuring Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin.  There will be shuttles running from the conference site to the Rally.  Also, the Metro subway is very close to the hotel and activists may take this option.

More information about the Summit is below:

Right now, president Obama and Speaker Pelosi are spending taxpayer money on an unprecedented expansion in the size and scope of government. A $1 trillion “stimulus” bill, a government takeover of our health care system, and what seems like an endless amount of bank bailouts.

Now, there are discussions about cap-and-trade style policies that will push costs directly onto the consumer and a government takeover of the internet that will grossly erode our freedoms and ability to innovate.

Join thousands of grassroots activists at the 2010 Defending the American Dream Summit to send a powerful message to Congress and President Obama that Americans do not want government controlling our lives and sending future generations deeper into debt.
